Selective Harvesting & Traditional Techniques
Our green coffee beans are hand-picked, one by one, by experienced producers who know exactly when each cherry has reached peak ripeness. This method of selective harvesting ensures that only the finest, ripest fruits are chosen—resulting in more complex, clean, and well-balanced flavor profiles.
Many of our partner farms also embrace traditional shade-grown methods, which promote biodiversity and protect the natural balance of the environment.
